Jeffersonville, New York · Catskills
An old home on Sander Road — part family retreat, part guest stay. Quiet house, dark skies, and the Delaware River valley out the door.
Our story
Sander House is an old Catskills home in Jeffersonville, New York — kept as a family retreat and shared with guests who want the same thing we do: a quiet house, dark skies, and the river valley out the door.
Allison and Jenna run the house day to day. Every stay comes with a house-manual QR on the fridge, an owner-written guide to the area, and help contacts if anything breaks.
“Take the long way home — the farm stands are the point.”
